Garlic Prawns
Ingredients

unsalted butter
4
cloves
garlicc, finely chopped
14-16
extra large
prawns
peeled and deveined with tails intact
salt and pepper
to taste
2
tbsp
finely shredded parsley
2
spring onions
, cut into 4cm lengths
Instructions
Heat the butter in a medium saucepan over a low heat and add the garlic.
Cook the butter and garlic together for about 10 minutes until the garlic is lightly browned and the butter is starting to colour.
Add the prawns, season well with salt and pepper and cook for 5-6 minutes.
Add spring onion, scatter with parsley and serve with lightly grilled bread.
