Ingredients
- 100 gr unsalted butter
- 4 cloves garlicc, finely chopped
- 14-16 extra large prawns peeled and deveined with tails intact
- salt and pepper to taste
- 2 tbsp finely shredded parsley
- 2 spring onions , cut into 4cm lengths

Instructions
- Heat the butter in a medium saucepan over a low heat and add the garlic.
- Cook the butter and garlic together for about 10 minutes until the garlic is lightly browned and the butter is starting to colour.
- Add the prawns, season well with salt and pepper and cook for 5-6 minutes.
- Add spring onion, scatter with parsley and serve with lightly grilled bread.
